~Jillienne Bowers, a stunningly gifted violinist  from Seal Beach, California, attended The Peabody Conservatory of Music where she received a Bachelors Degree in Violin Performance. She then went on to Boston, Massachusetts where she earned her Masters Degree from Boston University. In addition to her formal academics, Jillienne also has had the opportunity to study with such renowned violinists as Raphael Druian, Stuart Canin, Camilla Wicks, and Paul Kantor, but was most influenced by violin virtuoso Charles Libove.

~Performing not only at such prestigious places as Carnegie Hall and The Kennedy Center, Jillienne has also traveled extensively, as a performer, to such exotic places like Hong Kong, Taiwan, Switzerland, and Germany to name a few.

~Jillienne teaches privately out of her home studio, in Michigan, and particularly enjoys working with younger children and teenagers. Currently, in addition to being a member of The Toledo Symphony, Jillienne performs in various freelance ensembles in and around the Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan areas.
